Using Spark Tickets
Spark Tickets lets you browse, book and pay for tickets to Spark YJP events. By using the site you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when booking, and you're responsible for the attendees you book on behalf of.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment (where required) has been completed and you've received your ticket. Prices are shown on each event page and include any applicable fees. Some events are free and simply require registration.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are set per event and shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you'll be offered a refund of the ticket price. If you can no longer attend, contact the organiser — refunds outside the stated policy are at the organiser's discretion.
Members Club and early access
Some events are shown early, or exclusively, to Spark Members Club members. Membership levels are assigned by the Spark YJP team and may be changed or withdrawn. Members-only tickets can't be transferred to non-members.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, including reselling tickets or attempting to access members-only events without membership.
Event conduct
Each event may have its own house rules. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund where the stated event policy allows.
Liability
We work hard to keep Spark Tickets accurate and available, but the site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Spark YJP isn't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or attendance at events.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continued use of Spark Tickets means you accept the updated terms.
