Who we are
Spark Tickets is operated by Spark YJP. We provide ticketing and registration for Spark YJP events, including Shabbat dinners, retreats and special evenings.
What we collect
When you book a ticket or create an account we collect your name, email address and any details you provide for your booking (such as attendee names). If you pay for a ticket, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your bookings, send your tickets, contact you about events you've booked, and — where you've asked — let you know about upcoming Spark events. We also use it to run the Spark Members Club, where membership levels you've been assigned affect which events you can see or book.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the services needed to run Spark Tickets: our payment provider (to take payment), our email provider (to send your tickets and updates), and Spark YJP's own systems so the team can manage events and memberships. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run our events and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact the Spark YJP team through the Spark YJP website.
